【摘要】 为解决职业院校培训业务管理中存在的业务管理与财务管理脱节、项目立项后实施过程缺乏监管、项目预算编制与实际经费使用不符、统计决策无数据支持等问题,以广东邮电职业技术学院培训项目管理系统为例,对充分考虑职业院校培训业务特点的培训项目管理系统功能设计方案进行了阐述,介绍了系统技术实现的原则、架构及性能。培训项目管理信息系统的开发,有助于职业院校培训业务管理实现流程化、规范化、精确化,大大提高了工作效率和管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of business management being divorced from financial management, lack of supervision in the implementation process after project approval, the inconsistency of the project budgeting with the actual cost, and the fact that statistical decision-making are supported by no data, this paper, taking the management system of the training programs in Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom, expounds the functional design scheme of the training project management system, which fully considers the characteristics of the training business of vocational colleges, and introduces the principle, structure and performance of the system technology. The development of training project management information system in supposed to help vocational colleges to achieve process-oriented, standardized and precise training business management, which greatly improves work efficiency and management level.更多还原
