振弦栅的结构参数对净化流场影响的模拟

【摘要】 为了研究振弦栅的结构参数对净化流场的影响,文章通过ICEM-CFD软件建立振弦栅过滤系统的几何模型并进行网格划分。选用Standard k-ε等模型,利用FLUENT软件模拟振弦栅过滤的过程,拟合出流速-压差曲线。研究结论表明,填充率对过滤段局部阻力影响较大,两者呈正相关;过滤段局部阻力影响由大到小分别是振弦栅数量、栅丝间距、栅间距。文章从宏观角度研究过滤流场内气流分布和流体流动状态,为振弦栅的进一步研究提供建议和指导。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of vibrating wire grid structure parameters on the purification flow field, the geometric model of vibrating wire grid filter system was established and meshed by ICEM-CFD software. FLUENT software was used to simulate the filtering process of vibrating wire grid, and the flow velocity-pressure difference curve was fitted.The research results show that the filling rate has a greater influence on the local resistance of the filter section, and the two are positively correlated; The influence of the local resistance of the filter section from large to small is the number of vibrating wire grids, the grid wire spacing, and the grid spacing;the article studies the airflow distribution and fluid flow state in the filter flow field from a macro perspective, and provides suggestions and guidance for further research on vibrating wire grids.
