花生粕降解菌的筛选及液体发酵工艺研究

【摘要】 为较好地二次开发利用花生粕资源,研究筛选到一株对花生粕有较强降解能力的多粘类芽孢杆菌。以花生粕为原料,水解度(DH)为指标,对多粘类芽孢杆菌降解花生粕的各种影响因素进行了研究,正交试验得出多粘类芽孢杆菌降解花生粕的最优发酵工艺条件为:发酵温度34℃,料液比1∶15,花生粕与葡糖糖比例为8∶2,接菌量2%,发酵时间5 d,在此条件下,发酵后花生粕的水解度为94.4%。研究结果可为降解花生粕提供菌种,也为花生粕发酵液体有机肥提供数据支撑。

【Abstract】 To make better use of peanut meal resources, a strain of Paenibacillus polymyxa with strong degradation ability to peanut meal was screened. Taking peanut meal as raw material and degree of hydrolysis(DH) as index, the factors influencing the degradation of peanut meal by Paenibacillus polymyxa were studied.The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: fermentation temperature 34℃, ratio of material to liquid 1∶15, ratio of peanut meal to glucose 8∶2, quantity of inoculated 2%, fermentation time 5 days. Under the optimized conditions,the hydrolysis degree of peanut meal was 94.4% after fermentation. The results could provide the strains for the degradation of peanut meal and data support for the fermentation of liquid organic fertilizer.
