【摘要】 本文通过模拟试验研究管式分离机在中成药加工过程中的分离效率。在模拟试验中采用粉碎后的榆钱树叶模拟中草药,利用增稠剂调节液相黏度;运用正交试验极差分析的方法,研究转鼓旋转速度、固液比、浸泡时间和液相黏度四个变量对管式离心机分离效率影响的重要度;采用单变量分析的方法,研究分离效率随各影响因素的变化趋势。研究结果表明,选择合适的影响因素,最高能达到97.69%的分离效率。本文研究结果可以用于指导中草药提取分离过程的参数设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the separation efficiency of tubular separator in the process of Chinese patent medicine was studied by simulation test. In the simulation experiment, the comminuted leaves of Ulmus pumila were used to simulate Chinese herbal medicine, and thickener was used to adjust the liquid viscosity; the influence of rotary speed of drum, solid-liquid ratio, soaking time and liquid viscosity on the separation efficiency of tubular centrifuge was studied by range analysis of orthogonal test;the change of separation efficiency with various influencing factors was studied by univariate analysis Trend. The results showed that 97.69% separation efficiency could be achieved by selecting suitable factors. The results of this study can be used to guide the parameter design of extraction and separation process of Chinese herbal medicine.更多还原
