履带自走式茶蓬修剪机的设计与试验
Design and experiment of tracked self-propelled tea tree top trimmer
【摘要】 针对现有茶蓬修剪机以单人手持、背负和双人手抬进行作业,修剪劳动强度大,易疲劳;茶蓬平整度低,影响后续机械化采茶效率等问题,笔者研制了一种履带自走式茶蓬修剪机。文章详细阐述了该款机具的基本结构、工作原理、性能参数,重点对整机方案选型进行设计并试验。试验结果表明:在正常工作情况下茶蓬枝条撕裂率和枝条漏剪率均低于标准的指标要求且比较稳定,分别为0.56%和0.46%,生产效率可达706.3m~2/h。该履带自走式茶蓬修剪机可满足茶蓬修剪使用,能较大地减轻劳动强度,提高工作效率。
【Abstract】 In view of the problems that the existing tea tree top pruning machine uses single-handed, piggy-back and double-handed lifting,the trimming labor intensity is high, and fatigue is easy; the flatness of the tea tree top is low, which affects the subsequent mechanized teapicking efficiency and the like. Walk-in tea tree top trimmer. The basic structure, working principle and performance parameters of the implement are expounded, and the design and testing of the whole machine scheme are emphasized. The test results show that the labor intensity of the machine is greatly reduced, the operation speed is stable, and the tea pruning effect is better. After tea plantation tests, under normal working conditions, the tear rate and the missed shear rate of the twigs are lower than the standard indicators and are relatively stable, 0.56%and 0.46%, respectively, and the production efficiency can reach 706.3 m2/h. The crawler self-propelled tea tree top trimmer can satisfy the use of tea tree top trim, which can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
