【摘要】 目的总结CT筛查新型冠状病毒肺炎过程中的医院感染预防控制经验。方法选择2020年1月23日—3月13日新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行期间到我院放射科进行CT筛查的受检者3 207例为研究对象。我院共有4台CT机,CT1定为筛查新型冠状病毒肺炎专机,通过人员培训,梳理放射科将要面对的潜在危险因素,设定专区专机,建立疫情报告制度,严格"三区三通道"分区布局,保护易感人群,加强消毒隔离及医疗废物规范管理,全面实施医院感染预防控制。结果此次统计在疫情期间,CT共筛查3 207例受检者,筛查出疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者8例,确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者1例。新型冠状病毒肺炎知识专项培训覆盖率达100%,医院感染预防控制措施落实率达100%,实现了工作人员零感染。结论在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中,我院放射科迅速成立新型冠状病毒肺炎防控小组,每日对标学习最新文件,落实标准防护,合理分区杜绝了交叉感染,实现了医务人员零感染,工作取得了阶段性成果,以后仍需要加强对烈性传染病的认识,常存一颗警醒之心,确保在发生突发公共卫生事件时,能够及时、迅速、高效、有序地做好应急处理工作,保障公众和科室工作人员身体健康与生命安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of prevention and control of nosocomial infection during CT screening of COVID-19. Methods A total of 3,207 patients who underwent CT screening in the radiology department of our hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic from January 23 to March 13 2020 were selected as the study subjects. One of the four CT machines in our hospital was specified for the screening of COVID-19. We took comprehensive measures including providing personnel training,sorting out potential risk factors, establishing a reporting system, setting up different sub-areas to protect susceptible population,strengthening disinfection and isolation and standardizing the management of medical waste. Results A total of,3207 patients were screened by CT during the epidemic period. Eight suspected patients of COVID-19 were screened, and one was confirmed. All the medical staff received specialized training on knowledge of COVID-19 and infection control measures were implemented strictly, thus no infection was found among medical staff. Conclusion In the process of epidemic prevention and control, under the guidance of the special team for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in radiology department, the prevention and control of nosocomial infection during CT screening of COVID-19 achieved satisfactory effect. It is inevitable to attach great importance to the prevention and control of severe infectious disease for timely and effective measures play a significant role in assuring the health and safety of the public and medical staff.更多还原
