【Abstract】 In this study, the effect of pectin extraction from seeds was studied by ultrasonic extraction, single factor test and orthogonal test. The experimental results showed that the optimum extraction technology of pectin from seeds was 200 w, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20, the extraction time was 20 min and the extraction temperature was 60℃. The highest content of pectin was 4.51% under the optimal process.更多还原
