【摘要】 关于股权结构的研究在理论上经历了股权分散、股权集中到多个大股东的逻辑演进过程;在实践中,多个大股东的股权结构在世界范围内普遍存在,中国上市公司的股权结构也经历了由"一股独大"向多个大股东的演变。对多个大股东尤其是基于中国经验的研究逐渐成为热点话题。本文从多个大股东界定、多个大股东股权结构的形成路径、作用机制和影响因素,以及多个大股东的经济后果等方面进行了相关文献的综述,并对未来需要进一步研究的问题进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In theory, the research on ownership structure has experienced a logical evolution process from decentralization and concentration of ownership to multiple major shareholders. In practice, the ownership structure of multiple major shareholders is widespread all over the world. The ownership structure of listed companies in China has also experienced the evolution from "the single-large shareholder" to multiple major shareholders. Research on many major shareholders, especially based on Chinese experience, has gradually become a hot topic. In this paper, the definition of multiple major shareholders, the formation method, the mechanism and influencing factors of ownership structure of multiple major shareholders, as well the economic consequences of multiple major shareholders are reviewed. Besides, the problems that need further research in the future are prospected.更多还原
