GdVO4∶Bi3+纳米晶的水热制备及其超宽光致发光研究
Hydrothermal preparation of GdVO4∶Bi3+nanocrystals and research of their superbroad photoluminescence
【摘要】 以柠檬酸钠为络合剂和封端剂,采用水热法制备GdVO4∶x%Bi3+荧光粉,其中x=0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,1%,3%和5%,随后将所制备的荧光粉置于马弗炉中600℃退火2h。XRD以及TEM的分析结果表明所制备的荧光粉为四方相,且具有较好分散性。在276 nm的紫外光激发下,GdVO4∶x%Bi3+体现出紫外到可见(300~750 nm)的超宽光致发光。基于发射光谱可见,Bi3+最佳掺杂浓度为1%,由此得到能量传递的临界距离Rc。基于CIE坐标图可见所制备的荧光粉基本体现出绿光发射。
【Abstract】 By using sodium citrate as complexing and capping agent,GdVO4∶x% Bi3+(x=0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,1%,3%,5%)phosphors were prepared via hydrothermal method,and then the phosphors were annealed at 600℃ for 2 h in muffle furnace.The analysis results of XRD and TEM show that crystalline phase of well-dispersed nanocrystals of the phosphors is tetragonal phase.The GdVO4∶x% Bi3+phosphors exhibit superbroad UV to visible photoluminescence under the excitation light of 276 nm,from which we can see that optimum doping concentration of Bi3+is 1%,and critical distance of energy transfer Rc was also deduced.Based on the CIE coordinate diagram,it can be seen that most of the phosphors prepared show green light.
