【Abstract】 Spring culture in China originates from water culture,but it gradually flourished and became independent during Tang Dynasty when tea culture flourished,and thus comes the title of "the first spring in the world".Lushan Gulian Spring is accepted as the "the first spring in the world",which comes from the book Notes on Boiling Tea written by Zhang Youxin.The tea drinkers in the past dynasties praised and chanted Gulian Spring.Although the doubters suspected that Zhang Youxin had disguised himself as Lu Yu,they still confirmed the water quality of Gulian Spring.The open and inclusive romantic style of Chinese culture makes it possible that the "the first spring in the world" refers to different springs in China.更多还原
