醇氨法六水氯化镁制备无水氯化镁的工艺研究
Ammonia Alcohol Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Preparation Craft Research of Magnesium Chloride Ammine
【摘要】 将六水氯化镁直接在甲醇中溶解,制得氯化镁的甲醇溶液,再直接通入氨气制得氨合氯化镁。结果表明,在浓度为0.3 mol/L,温度为10℃,流量为90 mL/min条件下,得到的氨合氯化镁产率最高。
【Abstract】 This experiment used the direct magnesium chloride hexahydrate dissolved in methanol to prepare a solution of magnesium chloride in methanol,ammonia gas directly into the system ammine chloride. The experiments showed that concentration was 0.3 mol/L,temperature at 10 ℃,flow rate of 90 mL/min,get the highest yield of magnesium chloride ammonia synthesis.
