【Abstract】 In order to successfully apply the curriculum ideological and political to college professional curriculum education,and construct a new teaching model. This paper took the course of Food Preservation Principle as an example to analysis the current teaching form,and then reformed the ideological and political factors of this cause. This research could provide a reference for the reform of ideological and political teaching in the specialty courses of food science and engineering in colleges and universities.更多还原
