基于“课程思政”理念的“食品保藏原理”教学改革初探
The Teaching Reform of Food Preservation Principle Based on the Concept of Curriculum Ideological and Political
【摘要】 为了将"课程思政"成功应用于高校专业课程教育,以构建新的教学模式。以"食品保藏原理"专业课程为例,在分析现有教学形式的基础上进行"课程思政"教育改革。相关研究的提出可为高校食品科学与工程专业的课程思政教学改革提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to successfully apply the curriculum ideological and political to college professional curriculum education,and construct a new teaching model. This paper took the course of Food Preservation Principle as an example to analysis the current teaching form,and then reformed the ideological and political factors of this cause. This research could provide a reference for the reform of ideological and political teaching in the specialty courses of food science and engineering in colleges and universities.
