基于OBE理念的“现代食品检测技术”课程教学改革与探讨

【摘要】 "现代食品检测技术"作为食品科学与工程专业的特色课程,是该专业培养工程型人才的重要知识储备。随着科学技术的迅速发展,结合有效的教育理念开展工程教育改革,显现出必然的发展趋势。OBE理念是一种强调"以学生为本",以成果指导教学活动的教育模式。提出以OBE理念进行课程教学改革,根据专业特色,优化课程教学方法,改进实验教学内容,构建多元化课程考核体系,以社会需求为导向培养理论基础夯实、实践能力卓越的复合型人才。

【Abstract】 Modern Food Detection Technology as a specialty course of food science and engineering,is an important knowledge reserve for cultivating engineering innovative talents. With the rapid development of science and technology,the reform of engineering education combined with the effective educational concept shows an inevitable development trend. The concept of OBE is an educational pattern that emphasizes the"student-oriented"and guidance of teaching activities based on results. In this paper,OBE concept was proposed to carry out the curriculum reform. According to the characteristics of major,curriculum content system reform was carried out though the optimizition of curriculum teaching methods,improving of experimental teaching content,and building of a multi-element curriculum assessment and evaluation system. Finally,social needs were used as guide to cultivate the interdisciplinary talent with and excellent practical ability.
