【Abstract】 Modern Food Detection Technology as a specialty course of food science and engineering,is an important knowledge reserve for cultivating engineering innovative talents. With the rapid development of science and technology,the reform of engineering education combined with the effective educational concept shows an inevitable development trend. The concept of OBE is an educational pattern that emphasizes the"student-oriented"and guidance of teaching activities based on results. In this paper,OBE concept was proposed to carry out the curriculum reform. According to the characteristics of major,curriculum content system reform was carried out though the optimizition of curriculum teaching methods,improving of experimental teaching content,and building of a multi-element curriculum assessment and evaluation system. Finally,social needs were used as guide to cultivate the interdisciplinary talent with and excellent practical ability.更多还原
