【Abstract】 In order to effectively improve the fit of professional courses with social needs and industry reality, based on the outstanding characteristics of strong theory,strong practice and strong application of Food Analysis,integrated the Food Analysis course with the practical teaching system of food specialty,payed attention to the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the combination of classroom in school and practice base outside school,and the combination of professional education and industry demand.
