【Abstract】 Examination is the key to evaluating student performance, and it is also an effective way for teachers to mine students’ blind spots. In accordance with the goals and requirements for the cultivation of applied technical talents in this school,combined with the characteristics of food specialty,in order to optimize the examination reform and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, this article took Clean Processing of Fruits and Vegetables as an example to illustrate the characteristics of the course and analyze the traditional examination.
