柚皮中柚皮苷的提取工艺研究

【摘要】 柚皮苷是一类重要的天然黄酮化合物,在诸多领域广泛应用。为探究柚皮中柚皮苷的提取工艺,以柚皮为原料,通过单因素试验考查了提取时间、提取温度、料液比对柚皮苷提取率的影响,在此基础上应用正交试验对工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,最适的提取工艺参数为提取时间60 min,提取温度100℃,料液比1∶30,在上述工艺条件下柚皮苷的提取率为6.953%,该工艺操作简单,为柚皮的开发利用提供有价值的借鉴。

【Abstract】 Naringin is one of the important natural flavonoid with wide applications in many fields. The effects of factors on the naringin extraction yield were investigated by single-factor experiment,including extraction time,extraction temperature, and material-liquid ratio. The orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize technological parameters. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters were as follows:extraction time 60 min,extraction temperature 100 ℃,and ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30,under the above conditions,the extraction yield of naringin was 6.953%. This technology was simple and it provides valuable references for the development and utilization of pomelo peel.
