基于“互联网+”的“食品工艺学”课程思政教学模式研究——以安徽科技学院食品工程学院为例
The Teaching Mode Research of Food Technology with Ideological and Political Education Model Based on Internet+:Taking Food Engineering College of Anhui Science and Tcehnology University as an Example
【摘要】 为了探究基于"互联网+"的"食品工艺学"课程思政课堂教学内容、教学模式和教学方式的改革,提出了一种利用"互联网+"平台优化课堂教学生态、提高教学有效性、提升教学质量的教学方式,从而展示课程思政基础理论,提高课程理论,建立和谐、新型师生关系,建立与教育实际相结合的"食品工艺学""互联网+"的课程思政网络机制。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the reform of the teaching content,teaching model and teaching methods of the Food Technology, ideological and political education model based on Internet+ was proposed a teaching method that optimizes classroom teaching ecology,improves teaching effectiveness,and improves teaching quality by using Internet+ platform. It displaied the basic theories of ideological and political education and improve the theory of the curriculum, establish a harmonious, new teacher-student relationship, and establish a course-thinking network mechanism for Food Technology Internet+ combined with educational practice.
