【Abstract】 The ability to solve problems in production and life was one of the core cultivating objectives for professional master of food processing and security.However,the teaching cases analyzing the nature of the food safety incidents from the perspective of scientific and sprofessional are fewer and fewer.Hence,it greatly confines the good command and flexible application of students for related knowledge.This paper described the the basis for selecting cases,writing specifications and the matters needing attention in the case writing procedure.In addition,the teaching practice of the cases in the course of Food Quality & Safety Control was also explored.The above results provided the theory and the practice foundation for the popularization and implement of case teaching in the area of professional master.更多还原
