鄱阳湖南矶湿地碟形湖泊大型底栖动物季节动态

【摘要】 碟形湖作为鄱阳湖的子湖,孕育了丰富的大型底栖动物生物多样性,而关于鄱阳湖碟形湖泊大型底栖动物的研究较少,于2017年1,4,7,10月对鄱阳湖3个碟形湖的大型底栖动物进行调查。共鉴定出大型底栖动物3门17科31种,其中软体动物最为丰富,14种,节肢动物12种,环节动物最少,5种。优势种为梨形环棱螺(Bellamya purificata),长角涵螺(Alocinma longicornis),曲旋沼螺(Parafossarulus anomalospiralis),粗腹摇蚊属(Pelopia sp.),羽摇蚊属(Chironomus sp.)及霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)。3个湖的大型底栖动物年平均密度和生物量分别为(65.78±11.73) ind·m-2和(46.29±11.83) g·m-2,其中战备湖密度最高为(92.67±29.18) ind·m-2,东湖生物量最高为(70.20±51.32) g·m-2。冬季的密度与生物量最高,夏季多样性指数最高。功能摄食类群中刮食者比例最高,撕食者比例最低,RDA分析显示总氮、叶绿素a、电导率和浊度显著影响大型底栖动物群落的空间分布。

【Abstract】 As sub lakes of Poyang Lake,Shallow-Lakes are rich in large macrozoobenthos species.Relatively few studies have been done to investigate the macrozoobenthos in the Shallow-Lake of Poyang Lake Wetland.The macrozoobenthos of nine sampling sites in three Shallow-Lakes of Poyang Lake Wetland were surveyed in January,April,July and November,2017.Among them 31 taxa(belonging to 3 phylum 17 families) identified,14 were Mollusca,12 were Arthropoda,and 5 were Annelida.The dominant species were Bellamya purificata,Alocinma longicornis,Parafossarulus anomalospiralis,Pelopia sp.,Chironomus sp.,Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri.The annual average density of macrozoobenthos was 65.78±11.73 ind·m-2,and the average biomass was 46.29±11.83 g·m-2.Among them,Zhanbei Lake had the highest density 92.67±29.18 ind·m-2 and Dong Lake had the highest biomass 70.20± 51.32 g·m-2.The functional feeding groups had the highest percentage of scrapers and the lowest percentage of shredders,with the highest density and biomass in winter and the highest diversity index in summer.The results of RDA indicated that the spatial distribution of macrozoobenthos was correlated with total nitrogen(TN),chlorophyll-a(Chl-a),conductivity(Cond) and turbidity(Turb) in Jiangxi Nanji Wetland.
