【摘要】 系统评价与元分析同属综合研究结果的分析方法,常将元分析作为定量的系统评价。笔者应用系统评价的方法,全面梳理近20年来的相关文献,并将提取的相关信息分类编码整合成数据库,分析、探讨元分析的应用现状和特点。结果发现:漏斗图不仅用于效应分布的描述,更应用于检验小(样本容量或精度)研究有大效应的现象;调节分析与常说的调节效应分析稍有差异,元分析中的调节分析更类似于一般多元回归;发表偏倚的检验方法中,剪补法功效较高于其它方法。结论:元分析的基础理论和实际应用方面相对滞后,数据分析和研究报告等方面亟待规范统一;元分析以后将更多应用于多元统计和认知领域(FMRI和ERP的数据合成分析)等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Both systemic review and meta-analysis are analytical methods of comprehensive research results, and the meta-analysis is often used as quantitative systematic review. We used the method of systematic review to comprehensively sort out the relevant literature in the past 20 years, and integrates the extracted relevant information into a database by classifying and coding to analyze and discusse the current application characteristics. The results show that:funnel plot is not only used to describe the effect distribution, but also to examine the phenomenon with large effect with small sample size or precision; the moderating analysis is slightly different from the general moderating effect analysis, and the moderating analysis in the meta-analysis is more similar to the general multiple regression; among the test methods for publication bias, the efficacy of scissors and supplements is higher than other methods.Conclusion:The basic theory and practical application of meta-analysis are lagging behind, and the data analysis and research report need to be standardized and unified; Meta-analysis will be applied more in multivariate statistics and cognitive fields(fMRI and ERP data synthesis analysis).更多还原
