【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定养阴润肺糖浆中梓醇的含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法DiamonsilTM-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,0.5μm）色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（1∶99）为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。结果:梓醇的线性范围为2～18μg·mL^-1（r=0.9996）;平均回收率为99.4%（n=6）,RSD=0.6%。结论:该方法专属性强,快速、方便,分离度好,无其他成分干扰,适合于养阴润肺糖浆中梓醇的含量测定,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of catalpol in Yangyin Runfei Syrup.Methods A Diamonsil TM-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,0.5 μm） chromatographic column was used for high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（1∶99） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results The linear range of catalpol was 2～18 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9996）; the average recovery was 99.4%（n=6） and RSD=0.6%. Conclusion This method has strong specificity, fast, convenient, good resolution and no interference from other components. It is suitable for the determination of catalpol in Yangyin Runfei Syrup, and it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
