【摘要】 目的:建立黎辣根的质量标准。方法:采集来自阳江的7批次黎辣根饮片,参考《中药大辞典》(下册)和《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)等,对黎辣根的质量控制方法进行研究,包括植物形态与药材性状、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定的研究。结果:7批次黎辣根样品的植物形态与药材性状特征相似,显微特征明显;薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离度好;高效液相含量测定专属性强,分离度和重复性好。结论:本研究方法准确可靠、重复性好,创新性强,可用于黎辣根的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To establish the quality standards of li horseradish. Methods Collected from 7 batches in yangjiang horseradish yinpian,refer to the dictionary of Chinese medicine and the law of the People’s Republic of China pharmacopoeia( book1&book2)( a),the quality control method for study of li horseradish,including plant morphology and medicinal properties,microscopic identification,TLC identification and content determination of research. Results In 7 batches of horseradish similar samples of plants with medicinal properties characteristics,microscopic characteristics of the obvious; TLC spots were clear,good separating degree; High performance liquid content determination of specific,separating degree and repeatability. Conclusion This study method is accurate and reliable,good repeatability,innovative is strong,can be used for quality control of li horseradish.更多还原
