【摘要】 基于对来自不同家庭及不同就读学校的26名新疆少数民族大学生的深度访谈信息,本研究考察了他们文化认同的发展变化、影响因素及内在机制,以期对他们的适应和发展提供帮助和指导。本研究的假设是,少数民族大学生通过不断地协调和平衡,实现了文化认同的整合状态。研究结果验证了研究假设,并进一步发现,第一,少数民族大学生的文化认同是动态、变化和灵活的过程,体现出层次性、差异性和情境性等特征。第二,少数民族大学生的文化认同是他们在传统文化和现代文化交织中的自我认同和自我发展,是自我对环境的有效应答,是自我适应和发展的良好契机。第三,对于我国的少数民族大学生而言,文化认同并不是影响他们适应和发展的最重要因素,学业、人际交往和职业生涯规划等因素比文化认同更为重要。基于以上结果,本研究认为,应着力解决与少数民族大学生息息相关的各种成长和发展问题,关注他们的日常生活经验在文化认同中的作用,为构建具有中国特色的文化认同理论奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study conducted in-depth interviews with 26 Xinjiang ethnic college students from different families and colleges in order that we could investigate the changing process,affecting factors and internal mechanism of their cultural identity and help them better adapt and develop. The hypothesis of this study was that ethnic college students could achieve the integration of cultural identity through continuous coordination and balance. The hypothesis was verified and the results indicated as follows. First,the cultural identity of the ethnic college students was a dynamic,changeable and flexible process. It presented the characteristics of hierarchy,difference and situationality. Second,the cultural identity was their self-identity and self-development in the interweaving of traditional culture and modern culture,an effective response to the environment and a good opportunity of self-adaptation and development. Third,for the ethnic college students in China,the cultural identity was not an important factor affecting their adaptation and development,while issues such as academic performance,interpersonal relationship and career planning were more important than their cultural identity. Based on these results,this study recommends that we should try our best to solve various problems which are closely related to ethnic college students’ growth and focus on the role of their daily experience in the cultural identity in order to lay a foundation for better constructing cultural identity theory with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
