困难气道处理模拟演练在非麻醉专业住培学员规培中的应用

【摘要】 目的困难气道处理模拟演练在非麻醉专业住培学员规范化培训中的应用。方法选择我院2018-01/2018-12期间在麻醉科接受住院医师规范化培训的非麻醉专业住培学员30名,采用计算机生成随机序列分为困难气道处理模拟演练组(S组,n=15)和传统授课培训组(T组,n=15)。采用理论考试、技术性技能及非技术技能考核、调查问卷的形式综合评定培训效果。结果两组理论考试、技术性技能考核差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与T组学员相比, S组学员处理困难气道的非技术技能表现更好(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示, S组学员的困难气道处理能力提升度、困难气道处理知识掌握度、困难气道模拟教学满意度均高于T组(P<0.05)。结论相比传统授课培训,困难气道处理模拟演练可使非麻醉专业住培学员困难气道处理能力提高更快,并获得更好的培训效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of difficult airway management simulation in the training of novice non-anesthesia residents. Methods A total of 30 non-anesthesia residents receiving standardized training in the anesthesiology department were selected and randomly divided into the difficult airway management simulation training group(group S, n=15) and the traditional training group(group T, n=15). After the training, the score of theoretical knowledge test, the performance of the technical and non-technical skills, and the result of questionnaire survey were recorded. Results There were no significant differences in the theoretical knowledge test and the technical skills in both groups(P>0.05). Compared with group T, residents in group S had better performance in non-technical skills(P<0.05). The result of questionnaire survey showed that, compared with group T, the enhancement of difficult airway management ability, the grasp of difficult airway management knowledge, the satisfaction of simulation training were higher in group S(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional training, difficult airway management simulation training can help non-anesthesia residents improve faster in enhancement of difficult airway management ability and achieve better training effect.
