滑线式高速单轨吊机车的研发与应用前景
Development and application prospect of sliding wire high speed monorail crane locomotive
【摘要】 基于目前煤矿及隧道工程使用的防爆柴油机单轨吊、防爆蓄电池单轨吊、锂电池单轨吊等传统单轨吊机车存在的运输能力不足,效率较低、安全隐患风险多等问题,采用对比分析的思路,并结合矿山及隧道工程实际需求,研发了滑线式高速单轨吊机车。研究内容如下:(1)在遵守国家设计规程、规范和安全运输规程的前提下,改变机车的动力来源,沿轨道方向架设供电滑轨,采用滑线式供电,输入550 V直流电或380 V交流电;(2)驱动方式采用电液驱动技术,增加驱动力,实现低速大转矩启动,简化了驱动部结构,减轻自重以满足运输速度3 m/s、角度25°、载重30 t的需求;(3)分析了滑线式高速单轨吊机车的技术优势,论证了该设备的应用价值;(4)为进一步完善滑线式高速单轨吊机车,指明了该设备下一步研发方向。实现了以下效果:新型高速单轨吊机车实现了高速运输及污染零排放;装载的重型液压起吊装置能够实现大吨位设备的整体自动装卸,大角度爬坡能力,而且维护量较小。研发的滑线式高速单轨吊机车满足了矿山、隧道等工程高效辅助运输的需要,解决了长距离、大角度、大吨位、快速运输的问题,改善高噪音、高尾气的恶劣工作环境,有效减小人员劳动强度,是未来矿山及隧道工程高效辅助运输的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Based on the existing problems of traditional monorail cranes such as explosion-proof diesel engine monorail crane,explosionproof battery monorail crane and lithium battery monorail crane used in coal mine and tunnel engineering,the sliding line high-speed monorail crane locomotive is developed by adopting the idea of“comparative analysis”and combining with the actual needs of mine and tunnel engineering.The research contents are as follows:(1) under the premise of complying with the national design regulations,specifications and safety transportation regulations,the power source of the locomotive is changed,and the power supply slide rail is erected along the track direction,and the sliding wire power supply is adopted,and the input voltage is DC 550 V or AC 380 V;(2) the driving mode adopts the electro-hydraulic driving technology to increase the driving force,realize the low-speed and high torque starting,simplify the structure of the driving part,and reduce the dead weight to meet the requirements of transportation speed of 3 m/s,angle of 25° and load of 30 t;(3) this paper analyzes the technical advantages of sliding wire high-speed monorail crane locomotive,and demonstrates the application value of the equipment;(4) in order to further improve the sliding wire high-speed monorail crane locomotive,the next development direction of the equipment is pointed out; The following results are achieved: the new high-speed monorail crane locomotive realizes highspeed transportation and zero pollution emission; the loaded heavy-duty hydraulic lifting device can realize the overall automatic loading and unloading of large tonnage equipment,with large angle climbing capacity and small maintenance amount. The research and development of sliding line high-speed monorail crane locomotive can meet the needs of efficient auxiliary transportation of mine and tunnel engineering,solve the problems of long-distance,large angle,large tonnage and rapid transportation,improve the harsh working environment with high noise and high exhaust gas,and effectively reduce the labor intensity of personnel,which is the development trend of efficient auxiliary transportation of mine and tunnel engineering in the future.
