【摘要】 目的:探讨运用颞顶部皮瓣联合钛网一次性修复颅骨及头皮缺损的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2020年2月,应用颞顶部皮瓣联合钛网修复6例颅骨及头皮复合性缺损的创面,均为头皮鳞癌完整切除后导致的头皮及颅骨部分缺失。颅骨缺失范围3cm×4cm～5cm×7cm,头皮缺失范围4cm×6cm～8cm×9cm,先行钛网修补颅骨缺损,后制备转移颞顶部皮瓣覆盖钛网,皮瓣转移后所形成创面通过植皮修复,术后观察皮瓣成活情况,评估临床疗效。结果:6例患者皮瓣均成活良好,与周围头皮组织完整愈合,术后随访1～6个月,外形良好。结论:颞顶部皮瓣联合钛网对颅骨及头皮缺损的一次性修复方法安全、有效,恢复了患者的外形及功能,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the temporoparietal scalp flap combined with titanium mesh in repairing skull and scalp defects.Methods From January 2016 to February 2020,6 cases of skull and scalp composite defects were repaired by temporal apical flap combined with titanium mesh.All of them were partial scalp and skull loss after complete excision of squamous cell carcinoma of the scalp.The skull loss range was 3cm×4cm-5cm×7cm,and the scalp loss range was 4cm×6cm-8cm×9cm.The titanium mesh was first used to repair the skull defect,and then the transferred temporal apical flap was prepared to cover the titanium mesh,The secondary wound surface of temporal apical scalp was repaired by skin grafting.Results The scalp flaps of 6 patients survived well and healed with the surrounding scalp tissue.The patients were followed up for 1-6 months after the operation and had a good outline.Conclusion The temporoparietal scalp flap combined with titanium mesh is safe and effective in the treatment of skull and scalp defects.更多还原
