【摘要】 目的:探讨已行简单缝合的颌面部外伤患者采取二次美容修复手术的时机和方法。方法:回顾笔者科室接诊的36例(45处伤口)在外院已行简单清创缝合的患者病例资料,观察二次手术的时间和两次手术前后外伤瘢痕评分情况,了解手术的合适时限并比较治疗效果。结果:两周内行二次手术修复的伤口均一期愈合,二次手术后的瘢痕外观评分及患者满意度明显高于初次的简单缝合,差异具有统计学意义。结论:应用整形美容外科技术修复病程在两周内的简单清创缝合患者,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the timing and method of secondary cosmetic repair for maxillofacial trauma patients who have been simply sutured.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 36 patients (45 wounds).The timing of the second operation and the scar score before and after the two operations were observed to understand the appropriate time limit of the operation and compare the therapeutic effect.Results All the wounds repaired by the second operation within two weeks were primary healing.The scar appearance score and patient satisfaction after the second operation were significantly higher than that after the first simple suture,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of plastic surgery technique to repair patients with simple debridement and suture within two weeks is effective.It is worth of clinical application.更多还原
