【摘要】 以某车型汽车行李箱外板上板为目标成形件,提出了采用过程分析法对成形件成形状况进行数值模拟的方法。结果表明:采用过程分析法可有效掌握板材成形过程中各个临界点的成形状况,对板材变形过程中的压紧、流动、聚集、减薄等状态进行综合分析及评价,更准确的判断成形工艺的可行性及数值模拟结果的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the trunk lid outer panel of a certain type car was adopted as the target forming part. A new numerical simulation method of process analysis method was proposed to simulation the forming process of the trunk lid outer panel. The results show that when the process analysis method was used during the sheet metal forming processes, the states of compaction, flow and thinning of blank was accurately mastered, which result in the feasibility of forming process and the validity of numerical simulation results can be accurately judged.更多还原
