基于正交试验法的冲压件滑移线数值模拟研究

【摘要】 以某汽车行李箱外板上板为研究对象,基于正交试验,对不同参数下成形的冲压件产生的滑移线进行了数值模拟分析,结果表明:采用正交试验法可快速获得最优成形工艺参数组合,并得出各工艺参数对冲压件滑移线的影响程度,降低了试验次数和成本,提升了工作效率。

【Abstract】 Taking the outer panel of a car trunk as the research object, based on the orthogonal test, the numerical simulation analysis of the slip line on products formed under different parameters was carried out. The results showed that the orthogonal test could be used to quickly obtain the optimal combination of process parameters, and the influence degree of each process parameter on the slip line of stamping parts was obtained.
