二值图像骨架抽取算法在细长面数控加工刀路优化中的应用
Application of binary image skeleton extraction algorithm in NC tool path optimization for slender surface
【摘要】 为优化加工细长面的数控刀路轨迹、提高细长面数控加工效率,首先将细长面旋转至合适角度后再转换为图片,利用二值图像骨架抽取算法获取图片骨架点,然后将骨架点映射至原细长面中获得离散点阵,最后将所有的离散点进行优化排序,连接成直线段作为细长面的加工几何形状。通过这种方法可以自动计算细长面的优化加工几何形状,提高细长面的加工效率,经过实际检验,该算法编程正确率为90%,提升了编程效率。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize NC tool path and improve the NC machining efficiency of slender surface, it got the NC machining geometry of slender faces through the complicated human-computer interaction. Firstly, the slender surface was rotated to an appropriate angle to convert it into a picture, the binary image skeleton extraction algorithm was used to obtain the picture skeleton points. Then map the skeleton points to the original slender surface to obtain a discrete lattice. Finally, all the discrete points were connected into a straight line segment as the machining geometry of the slender face. It could automatically calculated in an efficiency way and geometry of the slender surface could be improved.The algorithm was tested by a company for producing standard die parts, and the programming accuracy was 90%.
