【Abstract】 As an alternative to high performance training, the Airline Co-pilot Preparatory Course(ACPC) has been welcomed by airlines and 142 training institutions. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the experience and problems of training ACPC courses in various domestic training institutions, and introduces the design scheme of ACPC training standard of CAFUC, including training concept, assessment standard, student selection, teaching organization, etc. which provides reference for 142 training institutions.更多还原
