基于智能化缝制单元的服装柔性生产线的构建

【摘要】 针对目前服装订单小批量、多品种、快交期的特点,采用将服装工艺集成化、标准化、模块化的生产方法,运用智能化缝制单元完成服装模块化生产和组装。通过5G技术、物联网、云平台等技术把智能化缝制单元组成服装智能生产线,实现服装生产管理可视化和透明化。运用服装制造高级计划与排程系统完成服装生产计划与排产,运用制造执行系统调度自动导引运输车或吊挂生产线配送物料,使用智能化缝制单元进行服装缝制,实现服装产品动态模块化柔性制造。基于智能化缝制单元的服装柔性生产线可提高服装车间的生产效率,满足高品质、个性化服装订单的需求。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of small batch, multi-variety and fast delivery orders of clothing, the method of integration, standardization and modularization of clothing technology was adopted, and the intelligent sewing unit was used to complete the modular production and assembly of clothing. Through 5 G technology, internet of things, cloud platform and other technologies, the intelligent sewing unit network was formed into an intelligent garment production line, which made the garment production management visible and transparent. The advanced planning and scheduling system was used to realize the production planning and scheduling, and the manufacturing execution system was used to dispatch the automatic guided transport vehicle or hanging production line to distribute materials, and the intelligent sewing unit was used to sew the clothing, so as to realize the dynamic modular flexible manufacturing of the clothing products. The garment flexible production line based on intelligent sewing unit can improve the production efficiency of garment workshop and meet the demand of high-quality and personalized garment orders.
