基于灰色关联模型的针织物热湿舒适性分析与预测
Analysis and prediction of thermal and moisture comfort of knitted fabrics based on grey correlation model
【摘要】 为了实现对针织物热湿舒适性能的预测,对7种针织物进行物理性能测试,对影响针织物热湿舒适性的因素进行了灰色关联度分析,得出对热湿舒适性影响显著的针织物性能指标主要为瞬间冷暖感、导热系数、透湿量、厚度;在此基础上,运用灰色预测方法建立了针织物热湿舒适性与针织物测试性能指标之间的灰色关联模型,从而在得知针织物的瞬间冷暖感、导热系数、透湿量、厚度的情况下实现对针织物热湿舒适性的预测分析。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the prediction of thermal and moisture comfort properties of knitted fabrics, the physical properties of seven kinds of knitted fabrics were tested. The gray correlation analysis was carried out on the factors affecting the thermal and moisture comfort of the knitted fabric. The performance indexes of the fabrics with significant influence on the thermal and moisture comfort were mainly the instant warmth and thermal conductivity, moisture permeability and thickness. On the basis of this, the grey correlation model between knitted fabric thermal comfort and knitted fabric test performance index was established by using grey prediction method, therefore, when the instant warmth, thermal conductivity, moisture permeability and thickness of the knitted fabric are known, a predictive analysis of the thermal and moisture comfort of the knitted fabric is realized.
