低铁炉渣黏度和密度的研究
Study on Viscosity and Density of Low Iron Slag
【摘要】 铜铅冶炼会产生大量的炉渣,其基本组成以FeO-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO体系为基础,将铁选择性回收后产出的CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO系低铁渣可以作为微晶玻璃等建材生产的原料。对熔渣的理化性质进行深入研究,有利于为其进一步的综合利用提供理论基础。分析了某低铁熔炼炉渣的化学成分,利用熔体物性测定仪进行了黏度、密度的测试,并对炉渣碱度和温度的影响进行了分析,发现当炉渣碱度在1附近变动时,炉渣黏度和密度会出现剧烈震荡。
【Abstract】 Smelting of copper and lead will produce a large number of slag,and its basic composition is based on the FeO-CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO system CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO series low iron slag produced after selective recovery of iron can be used as raw materials for production of building materials such as glassceramics.Further understanding of physical and chemical properties of slag is beneficial to provide theoretical basis for its further comprehensive utilization.Chemical composition of a low iron smelting slag is analyzed Viscosity and density of slag are measured by melt physical property tester.The results show that when slag basicity vibrates around 1,viscosity and density of slag appears severe vibration.
