超细钽粉制备技术研究
Study on Preparation Process of Ultra-fine Tantalum Powder
【摘要】 主要研究了用烧结钽棒为原料,通过氢化制粉的方法,使用普通卧式球磨机和介质搅拌球磨机两种不同的物理破碎方式制备粉末冶金用超细钽粉。通过两种方式均可以制备粒度-30μm的超细钽粉,并对脱气温度对超细钽粉粒径的影响进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Preparation of ultra-fine tantalum powder by hydrogenation crushing technology was investigated applying high-purity tantalum bar obtained by sintering as raw materials.Ultra-fine tantalum powder with particle size of-30μm can be prepared by ordinary horizontal ball-milling or medium agitation ball-milling methods.Effect of dehydrogenating temperature on particle size of ultra-fine tantalum powder was studied.
