基于两种核心调压元件的恒减速制动特性分析

【摘要】 提升机制动系统主要包括恒减速制动方式和恒力矩制动方式,随着对矿井安全性和可靠性的要求越来越高,对恒减速制动系统的研究越来越重要。目前,恒减速制动系统的核心元件主要有比例溢流阀和比例方向阀,本文基于这两种核心调压元件通过AMEsim仿真软件对恒减速制动回路的工作特性进行对比分析,得到了两种关键核心部件对恒减速制动性能优劣影响的结果。

【Abstract】 The lifting mechanism dynamic system mainly includes constant deceleration braking mode and constant torque braking mode. With the higher and higher requirements for mine safety and reliability, the research on constant deceleration braking system is more and more important. At present, the core components of the constant deceleration brake system mainly include proportional overflow valve and proportional direction valve. Based on the two core pressure regulating elements, the working characteristics of the constant deceleration brake circuit were compared and analyzed. The influence of two key components on constant deceleration braking performance was obtained.
