仰斜工作面煤壁片帮机理及控制技术
Mechanism and control technology of coal wall spalling in the face of upward mining
【摘要】 为分析仰采工作面煤壁发生片帮的原因,以"砌体梁"理论为基础,建立仰采面支架—围岩相互作用关系的力学模型,找出了仰采面煤壁容易发生片帮的内在原因。针对新元煤炭有限责任公司9104综采工作面煤壁片帮的问题,提出采用注胶加固煤壁的技术,能有效防止煤壁片帮的发生,保证工作面安全回采。
【Abstract】 In order to explain the cause of the coal wall spalling in the face, based on the "masonry beam" theory, the mechanical model of the interaction between the support and surrounding rock in the face is established,and the internal cause of the coal wall spalling in the face is explained. Based on the engineering background of9104 fully mechanized coal face of Xinyuan company, the paper puts forward the method of injecting glue to strengthen the coal wall, which effectively prevents the occurrence of the coal wall slice and shows the safe mining of the working face.
