【Abstract】 The integrated talent training model of computer specialty is constructed.Relying on the mechanism of integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises,this paper explores the training model of integration of professional practice training,graduation design and employment to solve the problems faced by the training process of computer application-oriented talents,and improve the quality of talent training.The teaching result shows that the theoretical basis,practical innovation ability,professional quality and personality quality of students have been greatly improved after the implementation of "integrated talent training model" in computer specialty,and the ability and quality of students have been recognized and praised by employers.更多还原
