【摘要】 回顾性分析我院2018年12月至2019年8月经皮肤镜确诊的20例不典型疥疮的临床资料,误诊为湿疹9例、结节性痒疹1例、人工性皮炎1例、荨麻疹3例、皮肤瘙痒症2例、丘疹性荨麻疹2例、毛囊炎1例、银屑病1例。20例患者皮肤镜检查均见到典型的疥疮结构:白色隧道及其末端棕色或深褐色小三角形结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical data of 20 cases of atypical scabies confirmed by dermatoscopy in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Of 20 patients, 9 were misdiagnosed as eczema, 1 as prurigo nodularis, 1 as artificial dermatitis, 3 as urticaria, 2 as pruritus, 2 as papulopapular urticaria, 1 as folliculitis and 1 as psoriasis. The typical scabies structures were observed under dermoscopy including white tunnels and small brown or dark brown triangular structures at the ends.更多还原
