【摘要】 目的研究静脉溶栓治疗急性轻型缺血性脑卒中的有效性。方法收集2018年3月～2019年3月发病时间<4.5h的轻型缺血性脑卒中患者70例,其中溶栓组33例,未溶栓组37例。比较两组患者24h,30d和90d后的美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分情况以及主要临床终点30d和90d的改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分情况。结果溶栓组治疗24h,30d,90d后NIHSS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。溶栓组治疗30d和90d后mRS评分0～1分比例明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉溶栓治疗急性轻型缺血性脑卒中有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute mild ischemic stroke.Methods This study focused on acute mild ischemic stroke,defined as ischemic cerebrovascular events with a NIHSS score ≤5.From March 2018 to March 2019,70 cases of mild stroke patients with onset <4.5 h were collected,including 33 cases in the thrombolytic group and 37 cases in the non thrombolytic group.Baseline data and NIHSS score at admission were compared between the two groups.NIHSS scores at 24 h,30 d and 90 d were compared between the two groups,and mRS scores at 30 d and 90 d were compared as the main clinical end points.Results The NIHSS score of the thrombolytic group after 24 h,30 d and 90 d was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of 0～1 points of mRS score in the thrombolytic group after 30 d and 90 d was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis is effective in treating acute mild ischemic stroke.更多还原
