【摘要】 目的探讨低度散光患者植入区域折射人工晶体后的早期临床效果。方法回顾性分析2018年11月～2019年10月在潍坊医学院附属医院眼科中心行白内障超声乳化联合Oculentis区域折射人工晶体植入术的34例低度散光白内障患者(34眼),按照术前患者散光度分为实验组和对照组。术后随访3个月,检查裸眼远、近距离视力、验光、阅读戴镜率、视觉质量问卷。结果术后3个月,实验组裸眼远视力(0.10±0.04)和对照组(0.05±0.02)比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);实验组裸眼近视力(0.43±0.10)和对照组(0.11±0.05)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后3个月,对照组阅读戴镜率为12.5%,而实验组阅读戴镜率为60.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后对照组患者的低阶像差和高阶像差明显低于实验组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后3个月,对照组与实验组患者远、近视力改善均明显,但部分实验组患者视近困难。对照组16.7%患者诉夜间有轻微光晕、眩光;实验组40%患者患者诉有眩光感。结论低度散光患者植入Oculentis区域折射人工晶状体植入术可提供良好的裸眼远视力,较大的低度散光主要影响患者的近视力,影响视觉质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application effect ofOculentis Mplus intraocular lens in age-related cataract patients with low astigmatism.Methods Respectively analyze the clinical data of 34 age-related cataract patients(34 eyes) with low astigmatism who underwent phacoemulsification and Oculentis Mplus intraocular lens implantation in the Department of Ophthalmology,the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from November 2018 to October 2019.According to preoperative astigmatism,the patients were divided into experimental group(1.0～2.0 D) and control group(≤1.0 D).The following postoperative examinations were performed after 3 months following the procedure:uncorrected distance visual acuity,uncorrected near visual acuity,postoperative refractive results,the rate of reading with spectacles and the complications.Results There was no significant difference of uncorrected distance visual acuity between the experimental group(0.10±0.04) and the control group(0.05±0.02)(P>0.05).The near vision in experimental group was 0.44±0.10,compare with control group(0.11±0.05),which has statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of reading with glasses(12.5%) in the control group was significantly lower than(60.0%) in the experimental group(P<0.05).The low-order and high-order aberrations in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the uncorrected distance and near visual acuity of was improved obviously in the control and the experimental group,but some patients in the experimental group had poor near vision.In the control group,16.7% patients complained of halo or Glare.And in the experimental group,40% patients complained of halo.Conclusion The implantation of Oculentis Mplus intraocular Lens in patients with low astigmatism can provide good uncorrected distance vision.The greater astigmatism mainly affects the patient’s near vision and the visual quality.更多还原
