【摘要】 综合医院的发热门诊是国家公共卫生体系的重要环节。建立发热门诊的标准化工作体系,无论对于日常工作,还是应对重大呼吸道传染病流行,均有重要的指导意义。为此,山东病理生理学会组织省内外专家,根据有关文献及相关标准,并结合具体临床实践,经充分讨论形成综合医院发热门诊标准化工作体系的共识性文件。该共识提出了综合医院发热门诊的职责、设置,发热患者的就诊流程、诊疗原则以及工作人员的个人防护与职业暴露风险评估等,为发热门诊建设、管理、运行提供了切实可行的系统性指导建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fever clinic in general hospital is an important part in the national public health system.The establishment of a standardized work system for fever clinics matters not only for daily work but also for dealing with severe respiratory pandemic.Therefore,Pathophysiology Association of Shandong organized experts who based on relevant literature and standards,combining with specific clinical practice to form a consensus document for the standardization work system of fever clinic in general hospitals after a full-long discussion.The consensus statement included the responsibilities and settings of fever clinics,the procedures and principles of diagnosis and treatment for fever patients,as well as the personal protection and risk assessment of occupational exposure of staff,etc,which provides practical and systematic guidance for the construction,management and operation of the fever clinic in general hospital.更多还原
