【Abstract】 Party style construction is a modern kind of morality governance on which Mao laid much emphasis. Mao promoted a simplified life with his own practice,trying to purify the souls of cadres,laying much emphasis on the tradition of hard-working to promote construction of Party style. Mao’s thoughts contribute remarkably to contemporary governance of China. Laying emphasis on the construction of Party member cadres is a key point for Party administration. Emphasizing the key roles of Party cadres must start from emphasizing the significance of taking part in labor and production from a strategic height when cadre management is to emphasize effective ideological work. Mao’s thoughts concerning the construction of Party style enlighten considerably for contemporary anti-corruption efforts and modernization of state governance.更多还原
