【摘要】 目的观察血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)对老年高血压患者心肌重构及心脏舒张功能。方法选取门诊和住院的初诊高血压患者组184例,其中舒张功能正常62例,舒张功能不全122例。测定血清PTH和25羟维生素D[25(OH) D]。经胸超声心动图各项参数[包括左房室瓣舒张早期血流峰值速度(E)、左房室瓣环舒张早期运动速度(e’)及E/e’比值、左心室质量指数(LVMI)]等指标,并进行统计分析。结果舒张功能不全组患者PTH、LVMI比舒张功能正常组明显升高,而血清25(OH) D水平比舒张功能正常组明显降低(P <0. 01);舒张功能不全组患者PTH、LVMI与E/e’比值呈正相关(P <0. 01),25(OH) D与E/e’比值呈负相关(P <0. 05)。结论PTH和25(OH) D可能影响老年高血压患者的心肌重构及左心室舒张功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of serum parathyroid gland Hormone( PTH) for myocardial remodeling and diastolic function in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 184 patients with newly diagnosed hypertension in outpatients and inpatients were enrolled,including 62 patients with normal diastolic function and 122 patients with diastolic dysfunction. Serum PTH and 25 hydroxyvitamin D [25( OH) D]were determined. Transthoracic echocardiographic parameters [including peak velocity of early left ventricular diastolic blood flow( E),early atrioventricular annulus velocity( e’) and E/e’ ratio,left ventricular mass index( LVMI) ]and other indicators,and statistical analysis. Results In patients with diastolic dysfunction,PTH and LVMI were significantly higher than those in normal diastolic function group,while serum 25( OH) D levels were significantly lower than those in normal diastolic function group( P <0. 01). PTH,LVMI and E/e’ ratio were positively correlated( P <0. 01) in diastolic dysfunction group,25( OH) D is negatively correlated with E/e’ ratio( P < 0. 05).
