【Abstract】 In the past decade, China’s social organizations have developed rapidly and expanded in scale. In the national governance, they play an important role in improving the quality of public policies, enhancing the level of social collaboration, innovating targeted poverty alleviation methods, providing professional social services and developing charity and public welfare undertakings. However, there is still a gap between the total amount, capacity and behavior of social organizations and the modernization of national governance. To enable social organizations to better participate in the practice of modernization of national governance, it is necessary to make clear the development tasks of social organizations with large quantity, high quality and strong functions that are compatible with the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, adopt scientific measures that are conducive to promoting the development of social organizations, and continue to promote the healthy and steady development of social organizations.更多还原
