【摘要】 目的建立复方益肝丸同时检测丹皮酚、大黄素和大黄酸3种活性成分含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法复方益肝丸经研钵研细,取约0.5 g,精密称定,甲醇溶解,超声提取,乙腈与0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,Agilent ZORBAX SB-C₁₈色谱柱分离,柱温30℃,外标法定量检测。结果丹皮酚、大黄素和大黄酸在0.3～30.0μg/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系;相关系数r均大于0.995;检测限:丹皮酚0.075μg/ml、大黄酸0.091μg/ml、大黄素0.032μg/ml;加标回收率94.3%～104.3%;精密度（n=6）<5.0%;重复性（n=6）<5.0%。结论该方法具有简便、快速、重复性好、准确等优点,可用于复方益肝丸中活性成分丹皮酚、大黄素和大黄酸含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of paeonol,emodin and rhein in compound Yigan Pills.Methods The compound Yigan Pill was refined by mortar,0.5 g of which was taken,precisely weighed,dissolved in methanol,and extracted by ultrasound;then it was eluted by acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution gradient,separated by Agilent ZORBAX SB-C₁₈ column at 30 ℃,and quantitatively detected by external standard method.Results Paeonol,emodin and rhein showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.3～30.0 μg/ml,and correlation coefficients（r） were all above 0.995.Detection limits:paeonol 0.075 μg/ml,emodin 0.091 μg/ml,rhein 0.032 μg/ml.Recoveries of paeonol,emodin and rhein were in the range of 94.3%～104.3%;the relative standard deviation of precision and repeatability were within 5.0%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,quick,reproducible and accurate,which can be applied for determining the contents of paeonol,emodin and rhein in compound Yigan Pills.更多还原
