【Abstract】 Using blockchain technology to change the business model of traditional publishing and distribution institutions, a service ecological chain of decentralized open access was establish with resource value as the core, and the problem of sustainable development of open access was solved. Additionally, blockchain technology was introduced in this paper, intelligent contract and incentive mechanism was established, the construction of an Internet knowledge OA ecological platform with decentralized and distributed organization was discussed, the traditional thinking logic of publishers was subverted, the current product thinking to Internet ecological thinking was changed, a brand-new OA business model would form, and bringing new opportunities for open access and expanding innovative services in the field of knowledge.更多还原
