【摘要】 以黑龙江省地域内的大兴安岭国有林区为例,利用1998—2018年大兴安岭林区基础环境资源数据,创新性地以生态体育资源培育为视角审视和评价天然林保护工程所取得的综合成效。结果表明:生态体育是大兴安岭林区践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念的新探索;天保工程建设客观上为生态体育发展的各类潜在资源培育发挥积极作用,包括以森林资源为核心的潜在基础资源培育、以各类自然保护地建设为代表的潜在环境资源培育、以各类非木质林下经济为代表的关联产业资源培育3个方面;大兴安岭林区天保工程突出的生态效益表现在总体呈增长趋势的森林资源抚育、更新造林以及各类自然保护地建设;大兴安岭林区天保工程突出的经济效益表现在倒逼林区各类型非木质林下经济的快速发展。最后,提出未来国有林区兼顾生态体育等转型经济与林区生态建设之间多效益平衡的重点研究领域和重大课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 ⑴ Background——A new pattern of non-wood industry has been formed in the project area,in which ecological sports has become an important way to further practice the development concept of lucid waters and lush mountains being invaluable assets and to explore the multiple values of forest resources after forest tourism and forest conservation.It is also an important part of constantly expanding the comprehensive benefits of the Natural forest protection project.⑵ Methods——Based on the statistical data of basic environmental resources and Natural forest protection project in Greater Khingan Range forest area from 1998 to 2018,the dynamic changes of forest resources and nature reserve resources,which are the main potential resources that directly or indirectly support the development of ecological sports during the implementation of natural protection project in Greater Khingan Range forest area.By the methods of literature,the quantitatively studies and descriptive statistical analysis are taken.⑶ Results——First,the effectiveness of the cultivation of potential basic resources of ecology sports in Greater Khingan Range forest area continues to improve.The number of reforestation and forest tending showed a state of continuous increase,with a cumulative completion of engineering renewal afforestation of 3996 km~2,and forest tending of 2.396 km~2.Second,the cultivation of potential environmental resources of ecological sports has achieved remarkable results.The resources of all kinds of nature reserves in Greater Khingan Range forest area are very rich.31 nature reserves,accounting for 88.94% of the total area of nature reserves,are the main environmental resources to support the development of ecological sports in forest areas.In addition,there are 11 wetland parks,3 forest parks and 3 geoparks in the forest region,accounting for 11.06% of the total area of nature reserves.It can also provide a high-quality natural environment for the future development of ecological sports in forest areas.Third,the cultivation of eco-sports-related industrial resources has accelerated development.Except that the output value of the forest food industry has declined due to the impact of the implementation of the post-2014 logging ban on forest collection,the industrial output value of forest tourism and the processing of non-wood forest products have shown an overall upward trend,especially the development of forest tourism,which lays a foundation for the formation of new business type development model such as"forest tourism+outdoor fitness+sports"in forest areas in the future.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——First,actively cultivating ecological sports resources is of great significance to the construction of a new pattern of transformational industries in state-owned forest areas.Second,the overall performance of various resources in Greater Khingan Range forest area appeared good and it would lay the foundation for the future development of the ecological sports industry.Third,the cultivation of various basic resources of ecological sports has achieved remarkable results,revealing the positive results achieved in the construction of the Natural forest protection project.Fourth,since the implementation of the Natural forest protection project,the development of non-timber forest-based industry represented by forest tourism,forest food and the processing of non-wood forest products is better in Greater Khingan Range forest area.This not only helps to promote the cultivation of ecological sports related industries,but also highlights the remarkable economic benefits of the Natural forest protection project.更多还原
