一种弧齿锥齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命仿真与加速试验

【摘要】 设计了一对20CrNiMo材料弧齿锥齿轮副,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行了瞬态动力学有限元分析,在nCode软件中对其疲劳寿命进行仿真并绘制了P-S-N曲线。根据Miner线性损伤累计理论和Locati快速试验方法,完成了锥齿轮的疲劳寿命加速试验,并得出其弯曲疲劳极限应力值。研究结果表明:试验与仿真结果误差较小。验证了疲劳寿命仿真与加速试验方法在锥齿轮弯曲强度评价方面应用的可行性。

【Abstract】 A pair of 20 CrNiMo spiral bevel gears were designed.The transient dynamic finite element analysis was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.The fatigue life was simulated in nCode software and the P-S-N curve was drawn. According to Miner linear damage accumulation theory and Locati fast test method,the accelerated fatigue life test of bevel gear was completed and the bending fatigue limit stress was obtained.The results show that the error between test and simulation results is small. The practicability of application of fatigue life simulation and accelerated test method to the evaluation of bending strength of bevel gear is verified.
