【摘要】 指出了中国建筑行业发展迅速,施工过程中的节能减排工作日益重要,装配式建筑的主要构件为工厂化加工,相对于现浇建筑在施工过程中更能体现出节能环保的效应,但装配式建筑的施工管理体系尚未成熟,处于发展阶段。基于此,探讨了装配式住宅建筑在施工技术及管理方面的重点及难点,提出了相关的建议,为装配式建筑施工管理提供相应的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,China’s construction industry is developing rapidly,and the energy-saving and emission-reduction work in the construction process is increasingly important.The main components of prefabricated buildings are factory-processed.Compared with cast-in-situ buildings,prefabricated buildings can more effectively reflect the energy-saving and environmental protection effects during construction.The construction management system of the building is not yet mature and it is still in the development stage.The paper discusses the key points and difficulties in the construction technologies and management of prefabricated residential buildings,which provides corresponding ideas for the construction management of prefabricated buildings.更多还原
